The service
PortraitPro generates AI headshots from photos you upload. You must upload only photos of yourself (or of adults who have explicitly authorized you) and you must own or control the rights to them. Uploading photos of other people without consent, or of minors, is prohibited.
Your license
On paid plans you receive full commercial usage rights to your generated headshots. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright registration in some jurisdictions; your license is contractual and unaffected by that.
Acceptable use
No deceptive impersonation, fraud, deepfake abuse, or resale of the service itself. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.
Quality guarantee & refunds
Every order passes automated quality control with one free automatic regeneration. If you're unsatisfied, contact support within 7 days of delivery; we will re-render or refund at our discretion. Digital delivery begins immediately on purchase, which may limit statutory withdrawal rights where applicable by law.
Liability
Service is provided "as is". Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
