What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), the photos you upload, the AI model trained from them, generated headshots, and payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number).
How we use your photos
Uploaded photos are used solely to (a) run automated quality coaching, (b) train a private image model unique to you, and (c) generate your headshots. We do not sell photos, use them to train shared models, or use your likeness in marketing without explicit written consent.
Storage & deletion
Files are stored in encrypted object storage with authenticated, non-public access. You may request deletion of photos, your trained model, and generated headshots at any time from support; deletion completes within 30 days except where law requires retention.
Third parties
Stripe (payments), our AI compute provider (model training and rendering under a data-processing agreement), transactional email. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing support. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
